Fritz Bosch – The Visual Experience
Fritz Bosch is the creative force behind the spectacular visual production that makes Disco Pop Party stand out. As an accomplished filmmaker, multimedia producer, and nationally recognized lighting designer, Fritz creates immersive environments that bring every song to life.
His career began in the 1980s, producing video and lighting for artists including ‘Til Tuesday, The Fools, Otis Day and the Nights, and Jimmy Buffett. A graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Television Production, Fritz has produced hundreds of corporate, nonprofit, and live event productions throughout New England.
His lighting expertise has been featured on major productions, including serving as Lighting Director for an HBO production at Boston’s historic Wilbur Theatre. From synchronized video and dynamic lighting to stunning visual effects and multimedia storytelling, Fritz transforms every Disco Pop Party into an unforgettable visual experience.
Paul Bosch – Soundtrack to an Unforgettable Night
Paul Bosch has spent decades doing what he loves most—getting people onto the dance floor.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music and Boston College, Paul is an award-winning producer, director, composer, sound designer, filmmaker, musician, and professional entertainer. Since the age of 17, he has performed as a DJ, musician, and Master of Ceremonies, earning a reputation for reading the crowd, creating unforgettable moments, and keeping the dance floor packed.
With one of the region’s most diverse music libraries spanning generations and genres, Paul expertly blends disco classics, pop favorites, funk, dance hits, and crowd favorites into every performance. Whether he’s behind the DJ booth or performing live piano during cocktail hour, Paul knows how to create the perfect soundtrack for an incredible night.
Pete Jones – The Business Behind the Party
Pete Jones is the business strategist and operational leader behind Disco Pop Party, transforming creative ideas into a polished, scalable entertainment experience. With nearly 40 years of leadership in the banking industry and an MBA, Pete brings expertise in project management, organizational development, and business operations to every aspect of the company.
Pete oversees the planning, logistics, marketing, partnerships, and day-to-day management that keep Disco Pop Party running seamlessly. His passion lies in building systems, bringing people together, and turning innovative concepts into successful ventures.
